EVERY 30 gig Zune died last night (lolz) →
(via jeffbaum)
This is hilarious. A software bug made every 30GB-model Zune crash last night at 2 AM, and they won’t reboot properly.
“This is brought to you courtesy of Microsoft, who has been selling a video game console with a nearly 100% fail rate for three years” You really gotta wonder how they keep getting away with it.

how angry this makes me. Go to the center all you want, Barack, but Rick Warren for the invocation? The friendly face of Prop 8 and the Pro-Life movement. A little bigotry never hurt nobody, specially with that sunshine-y grin. Oh and he’s fat. Relevant? no. But still.. really fat.

Don’t believe gawker. He takes his trust fund check. He couldn’t possibly live otherwise. Money. It can’t buy talent.

The end of the best Weekend Update in years. The rest of it is on hulu. Armisen’s Paterson thing is amazing. Amy Poehler is super talented (i used to go see her at the original UCB theatre in NY back when UCB was still on Comedy Central).
I know that this skit isn’t THAT funny.. Same joke over and over. BUT Bill Hader is really talented (he is currently 90% of the talent on SNL. Armisen is the other 10). AND Malkovich is amazing. AND Hader’s Malkovich impression is pretty great. So yeah. Suck on that.

turn to a nebbishy Jew. (no no not me, folks.. Eric Alterman.) Seriously, though, there is plenty of blame to go around with this whole stupid scandal without implicating Obama sans evidence.

This is just sad all around. →
Glad to see that there is SOME accountability for misconduct in Iraq. Of course, this raises the problem of private security contractors who basically act like lawless mercenaries while making WAY more money than the regular kids from all over the country who joined the army to serve the country, not collect a big payday.
